The main strategy fell under the premise of “start with why,” which was developed by Simon Sinek, an author and motivational speaker. When a company starts with “why” people are given every reason they should identify with that company first. Then you move on to what the company is and how to participate. Doing things this way makes people care before they buy which results in repeat consumers.
